Day 235

I guess the decision to make this a monthly update is more meaningful. There is no point posting weekly updates considering that my condition remain more or less still the same everyday. So far I do nothing for my condition other than waiting for my body to adjust itself. It is really a test of endurance.

Day 214

I am thinking that it is quite meaningless to continue posting weekly updates. Every week is the same; some areas improves, some area worsen, I feel there is no breakthrough in any parts that is worth mentioning at all. Perhaps I should switch to a monthly update from now on.
