Hi everyone, this is month 8 already.

I can't really tell if my skin is getting better or worse. It is too difficult to determine whether this week will be a break or next week will be a flare. Everything seems very unpredictable. It is like a graph that moves up and down randomly.

There is something different in the past two weeks. My ears seems to be slightly swollen and sleeping side ways hurt a bit and this affect my sleep quality (because I always sleep side way). The skin behind my neck (on the hair line) also itch a bit and was quite irritated during my barber visit.

However, it seems like I'm having a break now but I'm not very sure yet. Anyway, I guess this will be the only update for the month unless there is a huge improvement for my break or an extreme flare that is worth mentioning.

Day 235

I guess the decision to make this a monthly update is more meaningful. There is no point posting weekly updates considering that my condition remain more or less still the same everyday. So far I do nothing for my condition other than waiting for my body to adjust itself. It is really a test of endurance.

I am thinking that it is quite meaningless to continue posting weekly updates. Every week is the same; some areas improves, some area worsen, I feel there is no breakthrough in any parts that is worth mentioning at all. Perhaps I should switch to a monthly update from now on.

Day 193

This week I actually caught a minor cold. Fever was very minimal so I managed to recover back relatively quick (3 days) without using any medicine. Well, I try not to touch any medicine as far as possible too. The good thing is I was forced to sleep a lot during that 2 days MC so I hope that might help to pay off some sleep debt which have been accumulating for a month of late night gaming.

As for my condition, I have already gotten so used to the itchy skin that everyday feels the same. No significant breakthrough. No sign of victory yet. The itchiness continues as it always has been. Like a routine, I would have already lost track of the TSW duration if not for this blog. So this is Day 193 (month 6-7)

Perhaps the cold help to direct my body immune system to be busy fighting the virus instead of doing the eternal inflammation on the face.
